Subscription Levels

The Insureio system requires a subscription to utilize the services offered. There are four primary subscription levels. Each level includes e-Application and drop-ticket processing of insurance business, proactive case management, and case design support. Basic Subscription

This level offers the robust features of a CRM (client relationship management) software system paired with fact finding, health screening, financial calculators, and a quoting platform culminating in a multi-carrier, drop-ticket and e-Application fulfillment process. With this subscription level, you'll be more organized, spend less time on paperwork, and be able to quickly manage your client interactions. As of September 1, 2017, we upgraded this package to offer unlimited quoting and lead capture widgets, unlimited brand profiles, and customizable reporting. Yeah, that just happened.

  • Application Fulfillment & Case Management: e-Ticket / drop-ticket application fulfillment, electronic application & e-Signature forms, real-time exam ordering integration, detailed carrier & vendor requirements, application workflow & approval automation, proactive case management, and e-Policy delivery
  • Sales Tools: quoters (life, simplified issue, final expense, no exam, annuities), financial calculators, call scripting, underwriting guides & suitability worksheets, integrated health screening & quoting tools, and state- and carrier-specific PDF applications & policy service forms
  • Marketing: unlimited life quoting and lead-capture widgets, plus mass e-mail sending, pre-built marketing e-mails, customizable marketing campaign builder, and custom marketing tag assignment
  • Communications: SMTP e-mail integration, telephone click-to-call integration, and text messaging / SMS
  • Lead Management: Variable lead profiles & branding, quoting widgets, opportunity tracking, automated lead nurture campaign follow-ups, automated lead workflow management

Marketing Subscription

Incorporating the same tools and features of the Basic subscription level, the Marketing subscription also includes an e-Marketing website, pre-built marketing campaigns, and blast e-mail distribution.

Agency Management

The Agency Management subscription includes all features found in the Basic subscription level, and adds lead routing and assignment, a team view on your dashboard, and agent recruiting and marketing capabilities.
