From the Insureio login screen, click "Forgot your password?"

On the Reset Password screen, fill in your username/email address.

Check your email right away. The password-reset link is time-sensitive and will expire shortly. Be sure to check the spam folder as well as your inbox. Our email's subject line will say "Password reset." Open the email and click the password reset link. If your link expires, just return to the password reset page, or the Insureio login screen and request a new email.
